Update on Social Security Administration wrong doings. PLEASE SHARE It makes no sense with the overwhelming evidence that the SSA provided in writing, that this case has not been overturned and I should be awarded my full disability back to 1999. Cong. Duffy (who was representing me at the time) contacted the Madison Determination Board about the denials in Sept of 1999 and June of 2009. They stated they have no recollection of these denials and the only thing they had on record was the approval for SSI in August 31, 2009, which they deemed me 100% disabled. Anything about the 1999 and June of 2009 denials needs to go back to the local office. So that means that in Sept. of 1999 and June of 2009, I was NOT denied benefits by the determination boards but by a Dist. Mang. at the SSA office in Superior WI. According to a letter from a Dist. Mang. in the Superior SSA office, the determination boards are the only ones qualified to grant or deny benefits. So a district manager that was not qualified and without authority, actually denied my SSDI in Sept. of 1999 and June of 2009? On June 15, 2013 I sent registered letters to all these elected officials: Gov. Scott Walker, Sen. Tammy Baldwin, Cong. Sean Duffy and President Barrack Obama, questioning the wrong doings by the SSA in Superior, WI. I went as far as to contact Sen. Amy Klobuchar of MN who represents the state my son lives in. I provided her with his birth certificate and the paternity test proving I am his father, hoping she would look into this matter. Why hasn’t any of these elected officials looked into all these wrong doings? The one that should be looked into it is Cong. Sean Duffy, who was representing me at that time. Isn’t it protocol for SSA to inform the elected official (Cong. Duffy) that was representing me at that time? If so, why didn’t Cong. Duffy stop this? Please share this with your elected official or anyone you feel could help. The more government officials that get this, the better my chances are of being granted the benefits I worked for and am entitled to. As well as keeping the public aware of what gov. agencies do. It is tough to wake up every day and know that there is not an elected official in this country willing to address this matter, not only for me to get my life back, but to help my 5 year old son and his mom with substantial income that they are entitled to.
