Update on Time Warner! After being told last night thats we were placed on a priority list for Friday my Mom called abc this am to inquire and bug them. She found out that we were never put on a priority list and appointment is still Saturday am. I called back without success but did massage to register a complaint for not being put on the priority list and having to suffer for something their technician did in the first place! I said my parents like their home phone but after this I will them consider getting rid of it and looking into a dish....did I mention I have a large family and the power of Facebook! They will credit our account and try to get someone there.
