Update on Tom. Tom has had another Cat Scan, Pet Scan, breathing tests which he scored 74% on ( pleased the pulmonologist). and some kind of profusion test. All the results so far state that he is a candidate for surgery, that he has enough breathing capability to be able to live without that part of his lung. At present he is going through chemo which is extremely difficult on him. They are giving him Carboplatin and Taxol. He has lost 8 pounds and has no appetite. Has missed two weeks of work but seems to be feeling somewhat better. He is more stable on his feet and not quite as dizzy headed. We are still awaiting the rest of the results on the profusion test and the pulmonologist wanted to talk with the radiologist and tumor board before getting back with us. So at present we are in limbo. We do go back December 2nd for another chemo, so by then we should know his complete treatment. We know who walks beside us and at times carries us along and we are trusting completely in HIM. Our Lord knows what is best and that is what we seek. Take care dear loved ones. Judy
