Update on Typhoon Hagupit - We have a team of 5 Singaporeans ready for deployment. Once they hit the ground next week, they will work with our local partners to distribute emergency aid (food, shelter and other supplies deemed necessary), and conduct needs analysis so as to plan the scope of response teams going forward. Depending on ground needs and gaps, these response teams would focus on medical, psychological and/or distribution of relief supplies. We are providing Restoring Family Links - a Red Cross tracing service for families facing challenges in contacting their loved ones.
