Update on benefit turn out::: It was a GREAT time by all!!! Tons of people came to support Zach Attack & Boy Scout Troop 747 in helping pull the whole thing off. Thank you to Shanna Waterman & Chelle Johnsen for selling all the Zach Merchandise, Renee LaFountain Friesner for having her Thirty-One Booth set up, those who made baked goods for the sale, those who donated items to the auction, and those who bid on the items, Grant Munroe for bringing in his photo booth, and the balloon guy who made some awesome figures. We ended up making around $5700 from the spaghetti dinner, silent auction, and generous donations ($1348 from the auction items) The Moose will be contributing another $168 from the tip board on Fri $183 was made from the photo booth Plus additional funds from all the Zach Attack merchandise sold. My hopes for the benefit were doubled today by all the generosity of the community. It was great to spend time with family & friends and meet new people who either read the article in the Elkhart Truth or saw his WNDU cllip.
