Update on my broken down body: Teeth: Recoup-ing from 3 extractions this week and in the process of having additional dental work finished so I can have a new permanent partial made for my few remaining lower teeth. Deafness: in the process of having my digital hearing aids cleaned, re-programmed and computerized so I can hear again. I have a profound hearing loss and I am totally dependent upon my hearing aids. Drop foot/back pain: I had a MRI early this week which indicate that I have severe narrowing of the spine/stenosis. They are assuming this condition is responsible for the drop foot. I have been referred to a neuro specialist and also a surgeon, along with a clinic who specializes in orthodontics. ( Mary Freebed) I am hoping to get fitted for some type of brace or device which will enable me to walk easier. So, hopefully, in about a month my teeth and ears will be taken care of, and I will have more answers on how to deal with this drop foot. It seems like a lot all at once, but I also feel grateful that I am making progress. THANK YOU my good friends again for your thoughts, concern and love ad thanks to my little girl Nugget who keeps me smiling....its just she and I and she appears to know that Mama is having a few problems.....Bless her heart.
