Update on my brother Tommy - He went and had more tests run yesterday, including an MRI of his neck and spine, as he has been in much pain since his accident. They discovered that besides the fractured shoulder blade, he also has 3 crushed vertebrae, 1 in his neck, 2 in his lower back. Ouch. Now theyre trying to decide which would be the best treatment, and of course it also depends on what Workers Compensation will approve. I can see in his eyes and posture that hes hurtin for certain, so hopefully they can take care of him sooner rather than later. I can relate, having been there with a couple of vertebrae in my neck that still pain me 8 years later, even after surgery. However, I will say, its much better than before surgery, lol.
