Update on my dad.... First I just want to say what an amazing Heavenly Father we have.... He has been with me and my family as we travel this journey.... My dad was taken to the hospital Sunday night due to change in mental status, his ammonia levels and liver enzymes were elevated and things were taking a turn for the worse. My fiancé took off work Monday morning to drive me home to be with him. We arrived to hospital Monday evening and he was moaning and groaning I leaned over to kiss him and touched him with my freezing hands and he opened one eye and softly muttered cold and continued to say what are you doing here mija which is Spanish for daughter then he was out again. I sat with him for a short time praying for him and went on to moms. The next morning we went to the hospital he was sitting up in bed still pretty drowsy but he was alert and spoke some. He rested comfortably throughout the morning. My fiancé and I decided to try and find someone to marry us at his bedside and I was able to get ahold of Chris Welch and he graciously agreed to marry us what an amazing ceremony.... (Pics to come). Today dad was up walking, talking, eating and has as been pain free!! The drs think we might get to bring him home Friday. Prayer is an amazing thing and I want to thank all of our family and friends for there thoughts and prayers Nd for all the kind and encouraging words... And thankyou to my wonderful husband Mike Dalle for being my rock throughout our journey
