Update on my moms house.The floor is done and must dry.The counter tops need to be mounted and the kitchen sink needs to be hooked up.Once this is done the house is completed.The Conservator still refuses to pay me for any work done.My agreement stated the job had to be done by January 8th.The Conservator cancelled the AEP power permit which caused 8 days of delay.The conservator told the cabinet to take his time and not deliver the cabinets on December the 8th as agreed on.Right now only the base of the cabinets have been delivered.I have no choice but to take out warrants in debt.I contacted the commissioner of accounts to ask why the audit give to a judge,2 lawyers and me could show the conservator giving 2200.00 for appliances but I have the invoice that shows it was only 2159.00.I have an audit showing 1624.00 in funds taken out but again no receipts because I have some of them that was accounted for the money taken.After looking at photos of the fire last year and the work that I was doing at that time I realize things belonging to me was removed.I have emails and text from the conservator saying she paid 750.00 for this to happen.Well yesterday a sheriffs investigator confirmed through photos and witnesses that I now have the right to file charges to recover what was taken.I post this so everyone will know what the story is when its in the local paper and everyone says DAM wonder what she and he did this time.Yeah the charges will be against the 2 clowns who have taken assault charges on each other and protective orders.Yes the conservator that was convicted of assault on a 72 year old elderly woman December 2012 the same month she was made permanent conservator over my mom.If I can arrange for my mom to come back home once her house is done then I wonder what steps have to be taken against the conservator since she give or threw away everything my mother owned.Her hospital bed was bought by social services for over 4000,00 but was thrown away.The Conservator made the statement that she was buying the house and none of my moms crap would go back in the house.Now all of you know just what I been dealing with.Sometimes people put in charge of others money go nuts and forget their responsibility and who its to.I was told by 2 lawyers and social services that mom has no say over her affairs.Again my mom has asked to be put back in her home if Medicaid will pay for it.I mean the nursing home is getting 6500.00 a month for my mom and at this time the conservator has it fixed where no one in the family can see what medication my mom takes.The conservator refuses to allow my sisters and me to see where my moms money has been spent the last 2 years.The local commissioner of accounts was shown several problems with the audit and yesterday sent me a letter telling me if I have any more questions that I do it through a lawyer.All I did was show his office the audit submitted to the judge and me and I ask why the receipts do not match.I know there is a 3000.00 bond that I was told takes care of the commissioner of accounts time if the audit has problems.I think later this weekend I will post the pages of audit that I was given in court and let all of you see if I have a reason to ask WTH is going on.All of you know I can prove what I say.I thought the commissioner was suppose to be protecting my mom and her money.The money missing was taken last December 19 ,2013 but I was told in the final audit it will be addressed.What the hell about the audit turned in in May that was due in March that had to show this on it at the time? How about all the times PSA water bill was paid late several months when the money was in the bank.What about the conservator paying personal property taxes out of my moms money for 2 years now but the 2 of the cars that taxes was paid on have been gone since 2011.I brought this to the attention of several and again the commissioner of accounts told me to get a lawyer and ask for a hearing not to mention I was told not to call their office or ask them anything else that deals with my moms affairs.The commissioner of accounts has been paid more than once out of my moms money but when it comes to answers I am told to get a lawyer and pay for a hearing.Maybe I need to post the audit I showed his office and also show the letter to me.I think I and my 3 sisters are entitled to answers for my moms money being taken out of my moms account without original receipts.One last thing is how do all of you feel when a conservator takes 750.00 out of my moms money to pay her boyfriend for cleaning off my moms carport....Yeah the one that all the stuff that was stored on was give to my one of my nieces.There is a police report because when 3 people and 3 trucks was taking all my moms furniture I was told I could not stop it.Now I see on an audit that the conservator paid her boyfriend at that time 750.00 to remove everything .I hope this helps open a few eyes to the ones that keep asking what in the world am I talking about.
