Update on our sweet Chocolate Pit Bull pulled today - Hey guys! I just figured I would update you guys on Mr. Handsome (name pending..). He has heartworms, whipworms, kennel cough, fractured femoral head of his left femur and a fractured pelivs. The fractures appear to be older. Hell need a heartworm treatment and an FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy-surgery) after he gets over the kennel cough. His white blood cell count is pretty high from the infection/inflammation and he has some congestion in his lungs. I just wanted to let you guys know that hes in good hands and well get him fixed up. Isnt it amazing that these animals can go through so much...Suffer so much of their lives...and still love unconditionally and forgive...? We could all take a lesson from a dog. If we were all as forgiving, loving and loyal as they are the world would be a much better place. ♡ Thanks to Bossier Animal Hospital for giving this boy a second chance at life. Forever grateful for everything you do. ♡
