Update on the MOD houses transfer of MOD houses back to Annington Homes is taking place across three tranches. Tranche 1: Annington refurbishment on first 81 properties is on target. Remaining 18 houses will be handed over soon making a total of 99 units. Houses will be released for rent early August. Tranche 2: The refurbishment will start on the 83 houses in August and the first will be released for sale in October. The sale prices will not be released until the sales office has opened. Annington have started work on a pre-marketing plan which is likely to start to gather some momentum in August. Tranche 3: These are still to be financially appraised by Annington but if sales go well on tranche 2 it is highly likely these houses will also be refurbished and privately sold.
