Update on the car. It has been in now for two weeks and they cannot sort out the problem with the dash board lights. So they have now booked it into a Mazda specialist which may just cost me more than the car is worth but we may still not have a choice but to get it fixed. But they cannot get it in until Monday when it will be assessed to see if the fix is going to be cost effective. If it is then it may take another couple of days and due to logistical issues we probably wont get it back, if we ever get it back, before next weekend when it will have been in for over three weeks. So the icy ball in the pit of my stomach remains. On the plus side my appetite is shot so I might be losing weight.
