Update on the river/apartment combo I have going on here.... Plumbers were able to fix the problems that were upstairs (yes, there were two) and in doing that, they discovered an additional cause to our flood... so in order to fix it, they a contractor is coming out to take out one of walls... not sure which one yet, its up to the apartment manager as to which room they want to renovate afterwards..... Im going to try to persuade them to take out the kitchen!!!
