Update on the second petition wording viewed Wednesday 12th 3:30 pm, at the Tawas city Court House... Denied... Third and final draft submitted today to our county clerk.... will have a 3rd hearing date announced on Monday Nov 17th. Amazed by the 3 officials decisions.... a judge, treasurer and county clerk. How long can they play this game.....circuit court comes after this 3rd attempt.... and it wont be heard by a local judge. Pretty sure ill have another bullet in my window or in my head this time... im not standing down on the recall of Dave Dickman ..Janell Walmsley... as long as support for this deed stands...feel free to comment.
