Update on this girl. She is amazing. I think her new name will be Silver Lining. Which she is. Very smart. Very confident. Not afraid, but reserved. A little pushy, but Id say so far she is very respectful. We had a fun day of gaming. The game was touch my hand and Ill walk away. Boy she got that one real fast. Interestingly - she kept wanting more. I would release the pressure when she sniffed my hand and take a few steps away - she would reach for me again. And again and again. When she really touched me good I would retreat to the other side of the pen and she would lick and chew. This horse is not aggressive - but very smart and quick to learn. She did give me the stink eye a couple of times - but I take that as testing my authority and trying to figure out which one of us is the leader - because one of us has to be. Shes probably accustomed to taking the lead.
