Update: this morning we received a call from the surgeon at OHSU. He said the surgery was not the best option for Alana. We had to make an extremely difficult first choice for our child as first time parents and decided not to do the surgery. We are going to learn how to insert her nasal feeding tube and bring her home with that. We appreciate everyones thoughts and prayers and we will keep you all posted. Honey is currently stable at OHSU and we are beyond ready to bring our baby girl home!
