Update to Johns Fundraiser. Hello all, Johns family (Joe Kirk and Cookie Kirk) are convinced that my intent with this fundraiser is indeed NOT to help John but to line my own pocket. Thank you to those of you that have donated On JOE KIRKS behalf I have issued you a full refund. To my real family - Martha and DAD thank you for supporting me through this rough time it means the world to me - I love you Daddy and Martha thank you for donating as you know I would never put out a fundraiser under false prentices. This has been a hard road thus far with very little emotional support as people (my other friends and local family) cannot seem to understand why Im standing by John at this time and continuing to support him in this effort. It has left me very alone in a fight for his actual life. Again those of you that have donated Brittany Davis (Anonymous Value), Samuel Martinez $10 and Margaret Sentet $60 you will be receiving a full refund. (Please note though it appears John is posting this himself - he is not this is his fiance Marcie Moore posting on his behalf) Again thank you all for please continuing to pray for John - (His current court appointed attny and I were able to get his bond reduced back to $500k on Thursday) and next we will get his actual charges reduced God be willing.
