Update: went to the doctors again today, I havent progressed at all - still 2cms. Having on and off contractions, some really intense, some mild. Since my birth plan is not to be induced or have any interventions until medically necessary, I have to wait for this process of how my body labors. The babys heart rate is in perfect range, and that is all that matters. Only 3 days past my estimated due date, & it could be any day. Ive been sleeping non-stop which doctor said is good. Ive stopped trying to do all the wives tail self-inductions, because it makes me tired and doesnt work - trusting my body at this point. :) Thanks for all of your concerns and love, it makes this process all the better. I apologize if I dont get back via Facebook, texts, or phone call. It can be overwhelming when I feel exhausted. Trying to keep a positive light with all this and keeping my rest up for the big day.
