Updated an excerpt of Chapter 2 from my science-fiction novel The Fringe of Society, introducing Lieutenant Colonel George McAuliffe of the Special Marines Unit Nine -- an elite branch of the Kingdoms Special Forces. McAuliffe is Damon Rogers cousin, and thus a Royal... I have completed a 3rd draft of Part I, consisting of 12 chapters (25,000 words), or roughly 127 pages. Part II will shift the POV of this novel to the terrorist group Fringe of Society or simply known as the FOS. This material will include the discovery of, and fight against the FOS by both the Kingdom of Manchester and the Republic of Thune. I believe that this will be a three-part novel, coming in around 36 chapters -- roughly 350 pages, or 80,000 words. I did get a call from another interested publisher, based on the excerpts published on this page. Enjoy -- and please provide feedback!
