Updating of Database on ICCR Scholars The Government of India, through the Indian Council of Cultural Relations (ICCR), grants a large number of scholarships to meritorious Bangladeshi students to pursue undergraduate/post graduate/doctoral and specialized courses at various institutions in India. Thousands of students have been granted such scholarships so far over the years. The Indian High Commission maintains cordial relations with the ICCR alumni by inviting them and eliciting their participation in various events and cultural programmes organized by it from time-to-time. The ICCR scholars are also honorary recipients of free copies of publications such as Bharat Bichitra, a Bangla cultural periodical. The Indian High Commission is in the process of updating its database of ICCR scholars. An online registration form for ICCR Alumni is available under the Education and Training icon in the homepage of the Indian High Commission website, i.e., hcidhaka.gov.in. All current and former ICCR scholars are requested to kindly register their details therein. The entire database of registered ICCR scholars will also be available at the High Commission website.
