Upon further review and a slow motion replay the Kevin Ward/Tony Stewart accident which led to the death of Kevin Ward was not the fault of Tony Stewart. As this video CLEARLY shows the two cars NEVER touched, Ward got a tad to high and hit the dirt birm which had built up in front of the fence then he went up into the fence. Now yes it is true that Tony Stewart was sliding up there however he didNOT hit the front tire of Wards sprint car.
