Upon launching this crowd funding campaign it became clear to me that I was coming up against some areas of unhealed trauma in my life. The tool of TBINAAs RUHCUS (Radically Unapologetic Healing Challenge 4 Us) has been profound in helping me heal pain, shame, trauma, and fear in my life and was one of the catalyst to the movement growing. This tool has helped many around the world. RUHCUS asks us to imagine and then do the scariest thing over 30 days,to launch healing over that area of our lives. I did not know this campaign was the scariest thing until the night before. One of the tenets of RUHCUS is that we share the process in some public or semi-public capacity. TBINAA proposes that we do not heal in a vacuum. Every time we heal, we give someone else permission to seek out their healing. Sharing publicly is our paying forward, what we received. Consequently, I will be sharing a video diary of the next 30 days as I go through this RUHCUS. I began recording the night before the launch without knowing this would be a RUHCUS, meaning I had no intention of sharing these videos. I have a lot of fear and shame around the level of fear and shame I am feeling in this process (one of my webinar participants would call that meta shame) However, i am choosing to trust that this process will encourage someone else to seek their healing too. I will share a video later about the details of this RUHCUS but for now I will be sharing the first 3 days of the campaign, which are now the first 3 days of my RUHCUS.
