Ups & Downs was a shop somewhere in the US that Jane frequented. We had an Up & Down day today. Mostly Ups. Kicked off with a much needed coffee at Liverpools Media Academy giving a 3 hour talk to students on character development in writing. Everyone stayed awake which is always a plus, and one 19 year-old described it as the best morning of his life. I cannot begin to imagine the kind of life he has led until today. Lunch with the Twins and Papa followed at Liverpool diner. Two of us enjoyed the food and two didnt. Certainly took a long time for my steak to melt. We were ready to eat Coke cans by the time food arrived. Then to the BBC for happy chat with old chums Billy Kinsley of The Merseys (Merseybeats) and Bob Pitt who were being interviewed by Billy Butler with Billy J Kramer live down the line from the US. Talk was all about the Epstein single the girls worked on this year with Liverpools finest. Due out by February. Sounding good and I was assured I look great in the accompanying video. In that case the statue for Brian Epstein is as good as erected! Exciting Twin venture briefly discussed with Billy Kinsley. More news on that later. Big friendly atmosphere at the BBC with these good guys. We then strolled round Liverpool scouting out suitable filming site for Twins promo video to be made next Sunday. Lots of cobbles and back alleys. Liverpool is truly an amazingly visual place. So all up except on the medical front where arsey doctor news comes in that Jane is 45% likely to have a heart attack due to the horrors of the last few years + balancing act of medications that work and medications that dont work. However, as always she is in good spirits and this news could be worse as a rampant mole was identified as being benign today so on the whole she is up thinking 45% is better than 50%.
