Upside down inside out LOL Saturday session at GymIt. I always decide to make a video when Im practically finished and my body is tired. I should start doing them on first not fifth set haha Pictured: 160lbs smith machine hip thrusts and 45lbs good mornings. Im happy to say, My prep is going well and Im slowly but surely leaning out. Both my training & nutrition is very different from what it used to be and therefore my body responds well. Nevertheless, its so much easier to gain fat than to lose it. I dont mean, losing couple of pounds on a scale, but losing fat while keeping muscles. Luckily, at Healthworks I can check my stats with inBody & keep monitoring my progress closely. How do you measure your progress?
