This workshop offers a taster experience in aerial dance, a safe and enjoyable activity that can have huge benefits on fitness, strength and balance. You will learn basic techniques in aerial cocoon (an aerial discipline involving a soft fabric bag hammock) and silks to explore the experience of balance and suspension. Upswing has a vast experience of delivering workshops with people from 8 to 80 and activities will be adapted to suit your individual needs. There will be close supervision and support at all times ensuring that you have a safe and comfortable experience. You will be surprised by what you can achieve and also have a great time doing it!
