Urban Trails public hearing/timing. The public hearings section of the City Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 4 PM on Thursday (9/25), but it’s uncertain what time the Urban Trails hearing will begin. Currently it is the last item on the agenda and there are several other public hearings before it. Transportation Network Companies (TNCs, or Uber/Lyft) also will be on the agenda, and could have a lengthy hearing. The computer kiosks will be available in the lobby outside the meeting room at the Travis Co. Commissioners Court (700 Lavaca) to register your support for an agenda item if you cannot wait for the hearing. Have a seat, log on with your name and the menus will guide you from there. The same kiosks are also available in City Hall (301 W. 2nd St.).
