Dasan Networks is looking for a Logistics Manager as follows: Job Description Import – export activities: • Check all documents related to local import & export processing, freight forwarding and logistics service; • Advise customs rules and provide the best customer service to customers; • Working with Customs, forwarders and other relevant authorities for import, export clearance and transportation related issues • Ensuring proper documentation is done for clearance purpose and records are maintained • Managing and maintaining good relationships with customs authorities and other related authorities. Ensuring smooth clearance and after clearance of customs related issues • Updating & keeping track record of changes in government regulations affecting the import & export activities • Ensuring all logistics support is available for the transportation of devices. Supporting domestics suppliers and customers with their Customs clearance when needed • Obtaining all necessary permissions/licenses related to import & export for the company to in the most efficient way. • Selecting the best forwarders in terms of cost and service quality. Ensuring the import & export cost at optimum level • Warehouse management: • Manage company’ s assets including office equipments, inventories, stocks. Requirements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade/Economic/Logistics or related fields • More than 3 years experiences working in freight forwarding, logistics with similar position; • Proficiency in Import – Export procedure, Customs, Forwarding • Have knowledge and experience for customs clearance procedures; negotiate with carriers (airline, vessel liners) Required skills: • Fluent in English and Korean (speaking, writing, reading) • Good interpersonal, communication, analytical, presentation and management skill; • Self-directed and self-motivated.
