About Your Job: In this role, you are responsible for assisting the companies Vice president in the day-to-day administration functions while promoting high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact. You will ensure smooth running of administrative processes of the Office of the Vice President and based into his daily given task accomplishment of work, which includes setting up appointment and fixing schedules for the vice president and doing secretarial in general. You will perform advanced, diversified, confidential and administrative functions which will include review and response to mail inquiries, telephone backup coverage, maintenance of calendar appointments, arrange meetings and travel itineraries. You will coordinate staff meetings and ensure thorough follow up and track of action items. You will assist in input and maintain various department reports, for signatures and other relevant concerns to the vice president. About You: You must have the relevant Trade, Vocational or Tertiary qualification with minimum of 3 years of job-related experience. You must have excellent communication skills and knowledgeable of different computer applications including MS Office Suite. You must be fully conversant with secretarial skills and office routine and is able to maintain strict confidentiality of information and records. You must have the ability to proofread all outgoing documents with high level of accuracy. Strong organisational skills and good interpersonal skills are essential requirement for this role.
