SUPERVISOR: Oversee the running of the assigned restaurant and will assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations. WAITER/WAITRESS: Responsible for serving guests within our restaurants, their main function is to provide efficient service and excellent hospitality to all our guests on a daily basis/responsible for cash control elements, food quality and managing guest dissatisfaction. FOOD RUNNER: Ensure that the order reaches the customer/Perform table clearing and cleaning duties and is responsible for removing used tableware between courses. HOSTESS: She is a personal representation of the service and over all hospitality of the staff of the restaurant. While guest are waiting to be seated or waiting for take - out orders to be ready, it is her job to ensure the guest are made comfortable and kept informed of the status of their orders or wait times. BARTENDER: Prepare and serve drinks to guests/responsible for keeping the bar area clean as well as stock rooms and beverage storage areas. DELIVERY RIDER: Should undertake all transportation tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor while ensuring that bike is kept in good working condition. JR. SOUS CHEF: Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, and provides professional leadership and direction to kitchen personnel. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet restaurants specifications and commitment to quality. Maintains a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen. Demonstrates this by example, using proper food-handling techniques. CHIEF DE PARTIE: Responsible for the hygienic preparation, safe cooking and quality presentation of each dish within the restaurant’s menu. COMMI I & II & III: Runs assigned stations within the restaurant and prepare dishes on a daily basis as well as perform preparation tasks and stock control / ensure the restaurant back of house cleanliness is maintained to a high standard and that all Health and hygiene policies are followed/must have cutting and preparation skills, be able to understand the importance of portion controls and have impeccable standards when it comes to food presentation/must be able to cook dishes ti the prescribed methods in a consistent manner.
