Urgent Notice for Ferry Passengers stuck in Antigua The ferry operators and authorities are asking persons who are stuck in Antigua enroute to Montserrat to assemble at the ferry port in Antigua at 6:00 oclock tomorrow morning, Friday December 12th, 2014. Counterpart Access Coordinator Acting David Duberry is also urging family members here in Montserrat to get the message to their relatives who are in Antigua and need to get over to Montserrat. Mr Duberry is apologizing for the inconvenience at this time and is asking everyone to bear with them as they make every possible arrangement to get persons safely over to Montserrat.
