Urgent Opening for AM/Mgr HR with a top notch diamond manufacturing firm based in kandivali, Mumbai. JD for the position : Role: Manager/Assistant Manager-Human Resources (HR) Based at: Kandivalli, Mumbai Reporting to: Head-Human Resources Direct Reports: None. Influential. ROLE: Generalist HR role to support the head HR in creating and implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures in all areas of HR like talent acquisition, talentmanagement, employee relations, compensation& benefits and talent engagement. This role will also be responsible for carrying out business defined audits such as BPP (Best Practice Principles). RESPONSIBILITIES: · Support in developing organisational human resource plans , policies & procedures · Effectively networking with HR fraternity in the industry to have benchmarks of best practices in HR · Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all areas of employee policies or work methods · Drafting , reviewing & amendment of Job Descriptions , KRAs of all the staffs as defined · Manage operational activities of performance appraisal management , compensation & benefits management · Create a training and development plan and assist in rolling out the same · Create employee welfare plans &policies and assist in rolling out the same in multi locations · Develop employee engagement methods and support in planning &execution · Support in implementing the audits of BPP, RJC and FMPI as an internal auditor · Ensure timely compliance of all statutory requirements COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: · Be a team player to enhance synergy in various teams · Manage multi stakeholders expectations · To have business acumen in a manner to see how the HR function impacts the business plans · Ability to question status-quo · Communication-Proficiency in spoken and written English · Work with people with empathy and navigate through the different generations · Drive for results while working on multiple agenda points · Multitasking ability · Managing ambiguity · Be cost conscious QUALIFICATION NEEDED: · Management Education from good to premier institutions · 3-5 years of experience in a corporate or similar role 6 days working.
