Urgent Required Security Officer for Sponge and Energy Pvt Ltd, Bellary Job Description 1.Deployment of security personnel at all strategic locations in the site keeping in mind the vulnerabilities. 2. Handling and maintaining security documents. 3. Responsible for discipline and optimum performance by security personnel. 4. Conducting Security drills periodically 5.Controlling and supervising the security personnel 6.Monitoring movement of employees and contract labours, visitors, civil and fabrication workers etc 7.Handling security breaches and restricting the entry of visitors to the restricted area 8.Vehicle and personnel checking before and after entering the premises 9.Prevent untoward incident, Theft, pilferage etc. 10.Preparation of MIS of all security activities. Other Required Skills 1. 1.Knowledge of physical security and security automation system. 2. Develop, communicate and enforce security policies and procedures covering all security elements. 3. Lead, direct and develop a team of highly motivated, security resources located in the assigned area. 4. To implementing and overseeing standardized security operation for Physical security with in the business. 5. Knowledge about statutory compliance. 6. Knowledge about fire fighting equipments and safety evacuation drill. 7. Functioning of security control room operations. 8. Maximize the use of limited resource by continuous review and analysis of security function. 9.Section and recruitment of security manpower and imparting training to the staff about security functioning 10.Good Analytical Skills, Good physic. 11. Should be computer literate. 12. Well versed with security automation and functioning of security gadgets. 13. Understanding of security procedures and various security reports. Experience Range 14 to 16 years 14. Patrol periodically, buildings and grounds of industrial plant , work area etc. 15. Sound alarm or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons. • Permits authorized persons to enter property. 2. Desired Candidate profile: 1. Ex Servicemen in the cadre of Officer having Graduate degree preferably with PG in Admin. 2. Should have minimum 15 years experience in a large manufacturing industry. Preference shall be given to the candidates worked in similar industry. 3. Should have a good communication skill. Should be able to read English, Kanada. 4. Ability to endure the work pressures of a highly competitive environment. 5. Excellent knowledge and exposure to various vertical segments.. 6.
