In order to provide a quick support for Site NC resolution the Site NC Technical Expert will report to an HQ coordinator and shall interact with: - Field service engineer who opened the site non conformity - Installation manager that is responsible for the installation job - Project manager of the job - Local sourcing department - Local technical team - Site non conformities hubs present in other countries - Head Quarter in Florence The work performed by Site NC Technical Expert consists of the following main tasks: - Perform defect analysis of each site NC and report and register findings accurately into the system; - Evaluate, if necessary with support of Engineering, Supplier Quality, both form a technical and financial view point - Manage the necessary interaction with site representative & other Eng.
