Urgent help needed!!! - Joy McClenny Parkman This is the sweet boy I came across in a back yard while rescuing a puppy in N Alabama. This guy was tied to a tree and only had dirt and grass to eat. The yard had every sign of a fighting ring, I know what to look for and there is no doubt they were fighting dogs. I asked the owner if I could take him. For $60 he allowed me to, thank God. He is completely emaciated, has no coat hardly at all. I think he is a red but his coat is so thin I cant tell 100%. He has severely infected puncture wounds on his front legs and both eyes are infected. He is now with me and I will be doing everything I can to nurse him back to health. He may look old but he is under a year...prob 7-9 months old! He is incredibly sweet, loves my son, is a Dobie leaner, and just wants love. He has an appointment at my vet in the morning.
