Senior Service Manager Job Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor the overall business plan and budgets, operation plan, capital expenses and manpower resources. • Reporting directly to the Service Director, plan operational strategies and monitor system of services in order to enhance high level of standard. • Monitor and align the performance of the Service Managers. • Conduct regular visit and attend major meetings for the key account clients. • Manage the follow-up actions relating to customer claims and complaints and ensure the solutions of complaints are implemented and solved. • Ensure implementing Schindler Employee Safety & Health Fundamentals within the responsible region and ensure all subordinates and subcontractor receive proper training and comply with applicable safety laws/ regulations/ standards. Job Requirements: • Diploma/ University degree holder in Engineering or related discipline (mechanical, electrical, building or facilities management). • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in lift industry (sales, projects and service) or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience of managing a team. • Excellence communication & presentation skills. • Excellent negotiation and convincing skill. • Able to manage multiple deadlines. • Optimistic and possess ‘can-do’ attitude. • Good Interpersonal skills and customer oriented. _____________________________________________________ Service Leader Job Responsibilities: • Manage the maintenance portfolio in designated areas including service contract offers and deliverable. • Manage day to day service operations and functions and ensure compliance of quality, environmental and safety requirements. • Analyse call-back rates and sick units, initiate corrective and preventive measurements. • Conduct periodically safety walks and safety inspections. • Carry out feasibility study and standardization projects for lifts and escalators according to customers’ requests, industrial trend and code of practice requirement • Identify and standardize work practice, components and equipment for elevators and escalators • Coordinate and monitor of Non-conformance/ field feedback report system including preparing statistical analysis on a monthly basis • Technical support for internal staff from Service, Project, Sales and Sales Engineering Department. • Identify repair opportunities and work together with service sales to achieve repair sales target. • Responsible for portfolio budget, and analyse budget overrun on monthly basis.
