Urgent opening in Telecom Operator ROLE PURPOSE Prepaid product configuration, operation maintenance and customer complaint handling Profile : Engineer/ Sr. Engineer IN (Intelligent Network), VAS Salary : As per Last salary Location : Delhi/NCR Brief Description : ESSENCE OF ROLE- O&M of Prepaid system/Tariff configuration. • Prepaid product Configuration as per marketing requirements and tariff management • Operation and maintenance of IN system. • Voucher generation and configuration on IN system. • Signaling configuration/administration on IN. • Co-ordination with SNOC team and provide support to them. • Co-ordination with Vendor and other impacted stakeholders for new roll out to ensure smooth operations post roll out. • Interdepartmental co-ordination • For product configuration • To understand and analyze customer related issues for resolution • To provide users understanding about system processes. Customer complaint Resolution • Customer complaint analysis and reduction • Ensuring end to end analysis of complaint type’s tagged at CS and doing the required analysis. • Providing permanent resolution to the CS team to avoid repeat complaints. • Interdepartmental and co-ordination to understand customer complaints and provide solution towards resolution of the same. Processes • SOX compliance for all prepaid Nodes • Regular audit of system / processes / projects and reporting to the management. Inventory Management • Ensure complete inventory of IN spares. • Co-ordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure that replacement against faulty hardware reaches on site with in TAT.
