Responsible to: Ø Acquire more customers & Handle existing client’s queries and complaints. Ø Escalate Complaints to the necessary department/channels. Ø Achieve maximum sales by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. 4. Responsible for: Work along with the team to ensure the Sales target and the quality target is met. 5. Job Summary : Ø Gain comprehensive knowledge of the market, industry and the company offerings, products and services. Converts prospects to clients by selling products using consultative selling methods. Ø Know your buyers well and have a good view of the addressable target customers. Keeps manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly plans. Ø Manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDR)to generate qualified appointments through them Ø Train, guide and supervise SDR to generate appointments through variety of leads generated through various marketing channels. Ø Responsible for generation of business from appointments generated by the SDRs. Ø Achieve set targets in terms of revenue, conversions & other result areas for the given period. Ø Regular Follow-up with customers on calls, SMS and Emails regarding getting orders and timely delivery of product and service. Ø Maintain knowledge and awareness database of competitor’s products, latest solutions and overall strengths and weaknesses. Ø Attend regular training sessions on Sales, products, new solutions and other relevant aspects. Gain continuous knowledge enhancements through trainings and certifications 6. Salary: 04 lacs to 6 lacs gross CTC per annum INR. 7. Personal specification: Ø Effective & Selective Listener Ø Energetic, enthusiastic and proud about doing sales Ø Positive Attitude towards work challenges and expectations from the role. Ø Excellent English & Hindi Communication skills Ø Disciplined and Ethical Ø Curious to know and learn new things 8. Qualification & professional membership :- Ø Graduates - MBAs, PGs Ø Minimum 02 years in Sales-MUST 9. Knowledge and Skills (experience) : Ø Specialists from Skin care / Hair Care Industry Ø Homeopaths or professionals working in clinics providing consultation to patients Ø Min 2 years’ Experience in Selling of Loyalty programs or premium subscription for 5 star hotels Ø Min 2 years’ Experience in sales process in international call centers working as a Team Coach / Team Leader Ø Sales Executives from 5 star hotel Industry with min 1 year experience in Sales Ø 1 year experience in relevant industry requiring excellent sales presentation skills. 10. Preferred Requirements : Ø Age Group of 24 – 32 years Ø Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Ø (Confident in speech, No MTI, normal ROS, Clear, no grammatical error, etc.). Ø Result Oriented. Ø Self-motivated and enthusiastic. Ø Able to work effectively in a team environment. Ø Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Ø Excellent interpersonal skills. Ø MBA’s would be preferred. However, graduates with above mentioned skills can apply.
