Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science/IT, 4-5 years relevant IT experience with atleast 2 years in end to end project management, application support and maintenance, domain knowledge and experience in insurance is preferable, having managed large deliveries, expertise in Micorsoft, JAVA, .NET and Oracle technologies will be added advantage, knowledge in data warehouse design and data mart design skills is preferred, experience in vendor management is critical, knowledge of CMMi is preferred, good understanding of Indian Financial system and ability to handle teams (internal as well as vendor) etc. 2. Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science/IT, 4-6 years relevant IT experience, business requirement management, domain knowledge and experience in insurance is preferable, hands on experience in business analysis and solution designing, excellent skills in interaction with business users, experience of managing user & vendor is critical, creative and analytical ability in problem resolution and troubleshooting, knowledge of uses cases preparation, working knowledge of SQL Server 2005/2008, technical expertise in .Net technologies would be an advantage, well versed with SDLC processes etc. 4. AVP-Solution Support. University degree in Computer Science or equivalent, minimum of12 years of IT solutions delivery experience with 6 years of managerial experience in IT application planning, implementation and support, Ensures that the implemented systems are available for business users as per agreed SLA, solid experience in solution delivery (client server and web based application development) is essential, good development experience of ASP.Net, SQL, oracle, java is required, AS/400 platform experience preffered, knowledge of web based technology preferred, work closely with end users, department heads, BA Team, regional IT, and vendors, manage large changes , initiatives which will handled as projects, Delivers these project on agreed Scope , Cost and quality etc.
