You will be responsible for Internet Research and Sourcing candidates on internet including: posting jobs; research and source candidates, research for companies, industry, and association, user groups, forums, screen resumes and match with the job requirements, candidate name generation, sales lead generation; store, manage researched data and maintain into the database or spreadsheet. You should have a good knowledge of Internet including search engines and major job boards and resume databases.
