Urgent requirement for Practice Lead – (Salesforce) • Presales • Delivery • Implementation • IT Services Sales • Solutions Sales ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for overall practice growth in their portfolio and target accounts including ensuring margin targets • Responsible for business development and service delivery for their accounts • Work with companies Industry Leadership, Business Development Managers, Salesforce and clients in identifying business problems and conceptualizing potential solutions • Manage and coach assigned staff (e.g., ensuring their satisfaction, development) needed • Support Solutions and Innovation development and leverage their expertise when • Author or co-authored Salesforce / Force thought leadership pieces that are published or presented regarding Salesforce/Force business analysis topics Critical Needs: • Excellent exposure in Pre-Sales Activities like SOW/ Project Definition, Designing, Solutioning and Scoping • Experienced in mentoring and growing delivery and practice staff • Demonstrated organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment • Ability to lead onshore and off-shore teams in all aspects of project delivery • Substantial experience in CRM Consulting, implementation & migrations involving process definition, requirements gatherings, development and testing and training. • Hands on experience of more than 5 years on Salesforce Platform – Architecture, Force, API calls, Apex, Triggers, Visual Force and Workflows, AppExchange. • Excellent exposure to Cloud and CRM - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant & Service Cloud Consultant Certifications: Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud Consultant a plus REQUIREMENTS: Experiences: 7 + years in a consulting function Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Business Administration a plus Salary :- Open to discuss Send Your cv at [email protected] also mention desired profile name in place of subject.
