Urgently needed “Payments & Cash Management (PCM) Sales Manager” For a big Multinational bank located in Egypt: Responsibilities: • Wallet planning and pro-active sourcing of new sales business plans. • Acquiring new customer mandates and complex deals from existing clients. • Ensure EBVs are calculated as per standard process and track implementation to ensure revenue realized for new sales, Plan and analyze the business requirements of each customer (portfolio review and effective account planning). • Client Vision Input - MI reports to track and monitor new sales EBV and profitability of PCM deals in line with targets agreed. • Execute the aggressive sales plan to target key customers • Active participation in Cash Management events /Customer polls such as Euro money and Global Finance. • Influence product development priorities and provide market feedback on competition to team leader for PCM Product. • Due to the market nature the role requires diversifying knowledge i.e. industry, regulatory requirement, operational risk etc to serve as one point solution to customers To share the similar product gaps/flows with product team to develop/introduce new product . • Drive customers across the portfolio to influence the results of the customer polls / maximize benefits from the conference By sharing market knowledge on competition • Share client feedback on bank solutions and propositions • Be a team player not only within the department but also within the organization Facilitate / perform as a team to meet targets set • Work closely with stakeholders for buy in and influence relationship team assigned to adopt changes and new techniques to win cash management product sales deals By demonstrating and sharing best practices to sales team through presentation, discussion topics, meeting participation etc. • Provide feedback from clients to stakeholders within organization • To share best practice in the market to enhance the effectiveness • To ensure all customer/account related documents agreements, KYC, legal vetting are completed and handed over to relevant department. implementation team to meet unique needs • Ensure by attending trainings and being familiar with local regulations • Qualifications required: • At least 3 years cash management experience, ideally in a sales related role. • Overall 5 + years of experience.
