Urgently required Cosmetics Sales Trainer ( Training Manager) for a Cosmetics Multinational Organization located in Cairo. Job Summary: The Sales Trainer will serve as a key partner in driving sales for our locations by training and coaching members on product knowledge and selling techniques. Job description: - Deliver training courses for sales staff on company products and selling skills. - Establish objectives for, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the training activities and make modifications as necessary to ensure the training meets the educational goals. - Interact with department and sales leadership to develop educational goals, and course content and partner with management and internal technical resources to ensure programs/materials are relevant and have business focus creating a comprehensive curriculum that addresses both short term and long term needs/goals. Qualifications: - 5-7 years of experience in a Cosmetic field. - Experience in training and facilitation. - Proven ability to facilitate educational seminars, ensuring participant learning and mastery of content. - Ability to interact with all levels of management in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment.
