Urgently required for One of the Biggest Egyptian Insurance Broker Companies in Cairo Sales Business Development Supervisor Job description: The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for Building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships. 2. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. 3. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. 4. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. 5. Work closely with Marketing Executive & Sales and Distribution Manger to obtain referrals from events, publications etc. 6. Prepare and implement an effective schedule / plan of clients’ visits to sell company products. Segregate outcome of visits to closed, pending or declined. 7. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Reports are daily, weekly & monthly. 8. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. 8. Develop and implement special sales activities / events, in coordination with Marketing Executive to achieve target. Desired Skills and Experience Job Qualifications: • A high level of passion to succeed and a strong level of self-motivation • An effective team player with a strong work ethic • Basic knowledge of the health insurance industry and health care reform • Experience with training and staff development . • Bachelor Degree. • Excellent command of written and spoken English language is a must. • Own a car is a must . • Proven sales record. • Strong customer service skills. • Proven negotiating and influencing skills. • Self - motivated, with excellent planning and organizational skills. • Experience of working with Intermediaries in any industry is desirable. • Experience of working to and achieving targets within a sales environment. • Fully conversant with Microsoft ‘Windows’ software and in-house computer systems. • compensation : 2,000 - 5,000L.E (fixed salary ) + commission that can reach 20,000L.E • Referral Bonus : Bonus every quarter Interested candidates please send your updated resume + a recent photo Word Document at elaria.lary1@gmail stating the job title in the Subject
