Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimating and scheduling of industrial projects, preferably power utility capital projects. Job description: • Develop multi-discipline (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.) transmission project cost estimates for new projects, change orders, amendments and claims on Power Utility projects. • Capable of analyzing market information, developing and maintaining cost unit rates. • Prepare / Review project milestone schedules, master schedules, project execution plans. • Familiar with estimating software and related programs. 2. Estimating Engineer Qualification & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in power utility capital projects. • Must be familiar with construction practices, materials and equipment. Job description: • Prepare multi-discipline cost estimates for Company Capital Projects (PP, BSP, SS & TL - 380KV down to 110KV) • Review estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with the defined scope of work. • Develop Material Take Off (MTOs), equipment and bulk quantities against Technical Specifications and Project drawings.
