A lofted ball received on the chest facing away from the goal, played down onto his left foot with immense control and composure whilst swiveling a good 90 degrees followed by a cracker of a volley from a good three to four yards outside the penalty box ...all before the ball hit the ground, leaving the Uruguayan keeper beaten as the ball kissed the cross bar on its way into the goal !!!! Juan Cuadrado also became the top assist provider of this world cup with 4 assists just ahead of Blind(3), the Dutch defensive midfielder!! For those of you who are wondering whether things might have been different had Suarez been out there on the field today, you also need to factor in the possibilities had Falcao been participating in this tournament!!! Brazil vs Colombia in the quarter finals...and I must say I could not be more nervous as a fan of the Brazilian football team!!!
