Use Keller Williams agent Larry Bartow with extreme care. We made an offer on a house that was on the market for 3 months. The owner counter offered, we then counter offered. The seller and agent verbally excepted our offer. However we were told we had to wait for the owner to come to town to sign documents. Larry tried to get us to use his in house financing person when we already had financing and to complete to inspections in 7 days. This process took 2 weeks. Then magically while we waited for a signed contract there appeared another offer. So we increased our offer to the asking price, then magically there was a third offer. Needless to say we lost the house to the 3 rd offer. Larry Bartow is a very shady and dishonest realtor. Approach with extreme caution. You will get screwed if you try to buy a house that he is the selling realtor.
