Use a smoothing/glossing serum When styling your hair, look for assistance from products with dimethicone/dimethiconol silicons. These silicons will coat the hair creating a barrier against the humidity in order to reduce reversion, skrinkage, and frizz. Keep in mind, however, that these silicons do not dissolve in water and can lead to build up over continued use so be sure to regularly shampoo to keep locks squeaky clean when using these products.
