Use a wall, get in a workout! This is quick and fun to do. With a quick warm-up it takes 6+ minutes ...do it twice with a little rest in between and you could make it into a 15 minute workout. (Yes those are hockey puck marks on the wall in our sport court... from my boys #winterinminnesota ) ✅Touch and Gos-face the wall -️squat down, jump up and touch with your finger tips. 40 seconds /10 seconds rest. ✅Wall sit with bicep curls-keep your back against the wall -keep your abdominals tight and grab a set a hand weights or anything you have like soup cans. 40 seconds /10 seconds rest. ✅Wall lunges-put 1 foot up against the wall and the other foot forward so you are in a split stance. You want your feet far enough apart so the front knee does not press too far forward of your toes. 40 seconds /10 seconds rest on each leg. ✅Side push-ups-these will work your triceps and if you add a little push off you will feel it in your chest. 40 seconds /10 seconds rest on each side . #wallworkout #fitness New leggings from Athleta Athleta on 50th and France
