Used to be that the one thing you could count on was the USPS, the old reliable US Mail. Not so much any more. I no longer trust that when I put something it will get where it is going in a timely manner. Not even sure it is going to get there. When you take the matter up at the local Post Office asking where my payment I mailed is or what happened to this letter / package, they just do not care. I would like to think this was one particular branch, but it seems to be everywhere anymore. They just do not care. The only thing they care about is getting raises and cutting their work hours. I think it is time that the USPS was privatized. Several entities have said they could make a profit and guarantee timely delivery. Mayby it is time to take them up on it.
