Using Prayer: Prayer can be used as anything that directs ones energy. Whatever their nature determines lifes manifestations. If they are selfish in nature or if they are of love, so too will the results be. To have a mind that is settled is to pray. That is prayers essence. When ones energy transforms from the noise from head, to peace, the quality of energy transforms from destructive to constructive. This can be done with something as simple as a deep breath. The true nature of prayer is anything that can be used to keep our self-centered mind from controlling life. The more its learned to do this, the more one will want to do this. “Praying ceaselessly” means being aware of our thoughts, understanding which ones are useful and letting go of the ones that are not. It is very simple: one will either do the things that are useful and a benefit to life or one will not. The key is to know what is useful and beneficial. Once it is learned what is useful, one can exert their will to bring that usefulness into daily living. The more this is done the less control ones Conditioned Mind has over their reactions and decisions. The power that is derived from prayer allows ones reactions and decisions to be of love, in the form of quietness instead of noise.
